Award-winning creative director

Whether enhancing existing brand equity or starting from the ground up, I have a flair for creative problem solving—differentiating, positioning and connecting people to brands.

About

I’m an award-winning creative director wIth 20+ years of diversified design experience. I bring a rare blend of traditional art sensibilities and modern design skills to your company’s portfolio. Blessed with a strategic mind and a relentless energy to make stuff, the ability to create feeds my soul on the daily. I also enjoy painting, drawing, crafting, photography, interior design, tools and woodworking—I’ve even dabbled in furniture making. Being a true aficionado of the arts, for as long as I can remember, I remain fully engaged—always learning and often leading.

Approach

Great design is more than slick looking graphics. A visual experience should have intent. Before creative thought, is understanding. What is the goal? What are the obstacles? What should the end user feel? What message should be conveyed? I am a strategic thinker with a systematic approach. Problem solving nags me and sometimes keeps me up at night—the what, the why, the how. I strive for simplicity because I feel communication is best this way. I enjoy the process and believe ideas need time to grow and evolve. I know, when I’m excited. I need to believe in my vision before I can rally others.

  • “Simply put, Gina is the most talented designer I have worked with in my career.

She is creative and has a unique ability to grasp a nominally articulated vision and create unique and impactful assets. Gina is a consummate professional, exudes enthusiasm and easily blends into a team. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.”

-Sean Kirk, VP of International Sales

  • “Gina is a wonderful, energetic, creative, diligent, ethical and engaging individual.

She demonstrated her true potential for creative design and direction as well as leadership. Due to staff reductions and increased workload, Gina assumed myriad responsibilities that would cover a wide range of titles. In all duties, Gina performed at the highest level. She clearly possesses the skills and experience to be outstanding in any position she strives to obtain and thus I recommend her most highly.”

    -Amy Neil, VP

  • “Gina has an amazing ability to visualize and create compelling designs.

Even through a fine-tuned sense of detail, she still keeps her eye on the big picture and ensures that there is visual consistency and continuity for any project, campaign, or brand. Gina is terrific to work with!”

    -Kathleen Sullivan, Marketing Director

  • “Gina provided insight and perspective on all issues pertaining to the marketing of the College.

Collegial and informed, Gina was a welcomed participant in all strategic discussions.”

    - Donald Resnick, VP

  • "Thanks to Gina’s incredible creative work and storytelling efforts,

our brand is highly recognized, celebrated and in-demand across our target markets. Eight years into business, I wanted to strengthen the impact of True Floridian Realty’s brand. Today, our brand represents exactly who we are—a true realty brokerage that’s unlike any other in the market. ”

Personally

I am a mom of two, larger-than-life, little girls and they are by far my greatest creations. This chapter in my life has brought adventure, joy, purpose and a little—ok—a lot of chaos. Their spirit and energy can barely be contained, but I love it. Lia and Ava teach me everyday. They remind me how precious life is and how valuable time is. I feel blessed to see and experience all things, again, through their eyes. I enjoy nurturing the creativity in their boundless imagination and wonder—they inspire my own with new perspective.
